Proofing Policies:

To ensure the best quality proofing, please submit fully scoped transcripts.
To ensure my proofreading is customized to your style, I ask all new clients to fill out and return a Reporter's Preference Sheet.
If “dirty” transcripts are submitted, I reserve the right to charge more per page. This will be discussed with client upon realization and before proceeding any further with the transcript.
I accept transcripts in both Eclipse and PDF file format.

Growth Rate:
- The above page rates allow for a 5% growth. Pages over 5% will be charged double the base rate.

Billing:

The first job for a client will require immediate payment; thereafter, payment is due within 15 days from invoice date.
A 10% fee will be applied to all late payments.
No new jobs will be started if payment is 30 days past due.
